Senior Home Health Aide - Rhythmic drive, Pflugerville, TX 78660

Need a caregiver only for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week
Morning and Night shift - 12 Hours schedule.

Job Summary: Provide supportive and personal services for the patients with consideration of dignity and privacy. Provide personal care and hygiene to home health patients.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Age between 30- 40Years.
• Good personal body hygiene.
• Own Transportation.
• Sense of humor.
• Attention to details.
• Can work 12hrs shifts.
• Patient and Compassionate.
• Graduate of an accredited High School or equivalent preferred.
• Ability read, write and follow directions.
• Must be a certified nursing assistant with proof of certification in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of one year full-time experience in direct patient in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or one year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care in an agency setting.
• Have demonstrated competency in the task assigned when competency cannot be determined through education and experience; and
• Be at least 18 years of age or, if under 18 years of age, be a high school graduate or enrolled in a vocational education program.
• Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude.
• Listed on the nurse aide registry with no finding against the aide relating to client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
• Owns their own transportation
• Between the age of 30 to 50 years old
• Be will to accompany clients to events.
• Must pass a criminal background check (no criminal history permitted).
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
