HAMFT is having a day dedicated to raising awareness about mental health. This is a public in person event at Our Lady of The Lake University. There will be experts in their field sharing the latest resources to help you take care of your mental well-being. Some of the topics include relationship wellness, spirituality, mindfulness, sexual health, and more!
