Event Description:
Waves of sound will wash over Jubilee once a month, leading to a calmer mind and healthier body at Jubilee beginning 11 am Sunday, Feb. 22, then moving to Saturdays at 9 a.m. in the following months. The free immersive music and meditation soundbath classes take place at the Joy Hub Recreation Center, 16818 Cheerful Trail in Hockley. Jessica Garcia of Chandra Yoga will guide attendees through shifting their perspective toward positivity with breathwork and soothing sounds.
