Set Up / Maintain Conference Rooms
Order Lunches / Dinners
Handle payment arrangements
Maintain AEI Outlook Calendar & Contacts
 
Administrative Role: Quality Control Monitor
 
Provide Thorough Grammatik Review of Specifications / Correspondence & Reports
Maintain Digital Records
 
Supporting Role: MS Office Proficiency

Eagerly Provide Department Support as Needed
Accurately Prepare Basic Excel Spreadsheets
Prepare Detailed WORD Documents
Successfully Navigate Windows Explorer
Receive and Distribute Daily Mail
Team Development Coordinator
Assist Coordination of Company Events
Creatively Prepare Monthly Staff Meeting PowerPoint Slide for “Upcoming Events”
Office / Building Maintenance:
  • Maintain Lobby Materials (Brochures, Business Cards)
  • Submit Building Maintenance Requests as Needed
  • Maintain Kitchen Area (stock coffee supplies / maintain fridge & microwave)
