American photographer Mark Burns has spent the past 5 years taking photos at all 59 of America's national parks. The Pearl Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts will have a select few of those photos on display for the Summer 2016 exhibition.

Margaret Smithers-Crump turns Plexiglas into works of art in her show Vital, on display at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts. Smithers-Crump focuses on the power of water, it's ability to give life,take life and change lives.

The Ambassadors promote goodwill to Chamber members, provide a direct personal contact for Chamber members by mentoring new members, and support Chamber member retention efforts. Ambassadors are “the friendly front-line face of the Chamber” and as such are asked to support and participate in various Chamber activities. Areas of primary responsibility include: ribbon cutting ceremonies, luncheons, routine member visits and phone calls, and hosting at other Chamber events.
 
 

The Membership Committee will work to ensure the Chamber meets it stated annual Member Recruitment and Retention goals through active recruitment of new members and active contact with current members.
 
 

Membership Meet & Greets are held every first Wednesday of the month from 5-7 p.m. Join us to meet Chamber members, shake some hands, talk about your business and learn how the Chamber might support your business from those in the community who know first-hand about the benefits - other Chamber members.

IGi Playground is hosting a special event where parents can bring their budding professional athletes-to-be. The inaugural “IGi-lympics” will take place Saturday, August 6, from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. at IGi’s location at 3759 FM 1488 in The Woodlands. The event will include fun and games for all ages, including some special activities for the parents. And every child will get to go home with a medal that they’ve earned. The $20 all-day entrance ticket also provides an IGi boxed lunch and a candy bag. IGi (pronounced “Iggy”) is the newest indoor play center for children to hit The Woodlands area, complete with fun slides, ball pit, epic tunnels and trampolines, cool obstacles, amazing zip line, sweet candy bar and a fantastic maze.
