Membership Meet & Greets are held every first Wednesday of the month from 5-7 p.m. Join us to meet Chamber members, shake some hands, talk about your business and learn how the Chamber might support your business from those in the community who know first-hand about the benefits - other Chamber members.

Everyone is invited to this no-program event held each month at different locations across our Chamber membership. This is no charge to attend - we are at the courtesy of our host each month.

American photographer Mark Burns has spent the past 5 years taking photos at all 59 of America's national parks. The Pearl Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts will have a select few of those photos on display for the Summer 2016 exhibition.

Margaret Smithers-Crump turns Plexiglas into works of art in her show Vital, on display at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts. Smithers-Crump focuses on the power of water, it's ability to give life,take life and change lives.

The Ambassadors promote goodwill to Chamber members, provide a direct personal contact for Chamber members by mentoring new members, and support Chamber member retention efforts. Ambassadors are “the friendly front-line face of the Chamber” and as such are asked to support and participate in various Chamber activities. Areas of primary responsibility include: ribbon cutting ceremonies, luncheons, routine member visits and phone calls, and hosting at other Chamber events.

Member Luncheons are are held each month of the year except for July. Luncheons are intended to connect local businesses and Members to each other and to the community. Each luncheon has a different speaker and topic. The Pearl offers free monthly Family Days with hands-on art projects, artist demonstrations, performances, and more on the 2nd Saturday of the month (usually) from 11:00am-3:00pm. Family Day hours may be expanded for special events and may take place on different Saturdays, based on other museum events.

An info session on non-credit programs will be hosted at the NWHC #107 on Saturday, June 11, 2016, 3:15-5:15 pm. Information will be shared on Profitable Problem Solving™, ISO9001 Certification, PMP® Exam Prep Bootcamp, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.

Shara Fryer, KRTH news personality, will moderate the discussion and Kyle Britt, an outdoor enthusiast who has visited all 59 parks, will also participate. The Pearl will remain open until 10p, so guest can view Mark Burns exhibition, The National Parks-Select Images by American Photographer Mark Burns on display at the museum.

Celebrate the 100th anniversary of America’s greatest treasure — its National Parks! The Cypress Creek Community Center presents a panel discussion at the Centrum (6823 Cypresswood Dr., Spring TX 77379)  on Thursday, June 23, at 6:30 pm with Houston photographer Mark Burns. Burns’ iconic black-and-white photos of America’s National Parks are featured in exhibit at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts (6815 Cypresswood) from June 4 to September 4. Shara Fryer, KTRH news personality, will moderate the discussion, and Kyle Britt, an outdoor enthusiast who has visited all 59 parks, will also participate. The Pearl will be open late after the program for viewing of the exhibit and serving of light refreshments. The event is free and does not require a ticket. Also, stop by the Barbara Bush Library during the month of June, to see a special exhibit of some of the antique camera equipment used to take early photos of the National Parks.
