Covington, LA – (January 31, 2012) Gilsbar, one of the nation’s fastest growing, privately-held health and benefit management organizations, is set to address healthcare human resource management professionals at the Houston Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (HSHHRA) 9th Annual Symposium on February 15, 2012, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Houston, Texas.

Attendees will learn ways to plan and execute a long-term strategy in order to facilitate and sustain better health among their staff and to control their healthcare spending. Through sharing his experiences on how this new, healthy culture creates a unique and powerful springboard, professionals will gain a better understanding on ways to position their organization to reach Best Places to Work honors, helping to transform one’s organization into a place that will both retain and attract the healthiest, most engaged, and brightest talent in the region.
