Families are invited to learn about Wildrye, Waller's newest master-planned community — along with a side helping of fun, food and model homes — during the Wildrye Block Party 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 16. The Wildrye model home park, 22407 Sawyer Mountain Drive in Waller, will be packed with activities for kids and food for everyone, including complimentary hamburgers and hot dogs, finger foods, desserts, bottled water, sodas and an ice cream cart. Kids will love the balloon artist, face painter and bean bag toss. Model homes by seven award-winning builders will be open for touring. The event is free and open to the public.
