Our guest speaker will be Justice of the Peace Lincoln Goodwin who will talk about "Why Scouting is Important - A View From The Courthouse." From his courtroom, Judge Goodwin has a unique perspective on the youth in our community. Phoenix District serves over 1,700 youth in the Klein Independent School District area west of Kuykendahl, and every month of the year is filled with programs and values-based activities for these youth and their families.
