Community: Summer Art Camps: Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts

Students with an interest in art can expand their horizons this summer through Summer Art Camps hosted by the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts. Six camps will be offered in June and July, centered around themes of “The Educated Eye” and “The Intuitive Eye.” Junior camps are available for ages 8 to 12, as well as senior camps for ages 13 to 18. June 11 - 15 will focus on "The Intuitive Eye" for ages 8 to 12. Campers will explore several art techniques and be encouraged to follow up on “happy accidents,” with the goal of turning them into a repeatable art process. Tuition includes five days of instruction, a camp t-shirt, supplies for all projects, snacks, and a reception for family and friends.
