Bridgeland® Farmers Market showcases spring gardening and will also offer in-season produce and live music.
Bridgeland®, Northwest Houston’s premier master planned community is focusing on Mother’s Day with plenty of in-season produce and live music from Bridgeland resident Mike Gilbert during its monthly Farmers Market on May 14. The rain-or-shine Farmers Market will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot adjacent to the Lakeland Activity Center, located at 16902 Bridgeland Landing in Cypress.
Mother’s Day at The Market will offer local residents the opportunity to celebrate Mom. In addition, the market will offer fresh produce including beets, cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kale, spinach, swiss chard, green English peas, sugar snap peas, lettuce, collards, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, radishes, peppers, onions, red potatoes and sweet potatoes. In addition to the produce, free-range eggs, breads and sweet treats will be available. Meats, including beef, pork, bison, venison and wild boar, will also be available as will coffees, teas, ready-to-eat foods, jams, jellies and much more.
