Looking for a great way to get in some training miles before the 2019 BP MS 150? Come out to Boys and Girls Country's 5th Annual Pedal for a Purpose on Saturday, April 13, 2019. The fully-supported ride will start and finish from the Waller ISD Stadium in Waller, Texas, 45 miles northwest of Houston. This ride offers three different distances/routes on mostly country roads both south and north of Hempstead. Cyclists will encounter both flat sections and gentle rollers. All proceeds benefit Boys and Girls Country, a home for children from families in crisis. DISTANCES: 3 Routes from 22, 45 and 70 miles Riders who register by March 1st are guaranteed a free cotton event t-shirt! We’ll order extras, but it will be first-come, first-served at packet pickup.
