CarePartners in partnership with Northwest Assistance Ministries are hosting a FREE caregiver conference with 6 different workshops to choose from. Topics include Dementia Caregiving from a Caregiver’s Perspective, VA Benefits for Caregivers, HomeFit: Keeping Your Home Safe for Loved Ones and much more! This is a free educational community event designed to provide local resources and education to family caregivers.
