24th Annual Judge J. Kent Adams Golf Tournament

 

CHECK-IN DETAILS
All participants (sponsors, volunteers, golfers, croquet players & wine-tasting attendees) must proceed to the registration tent upon arrival located by Fairway Five in the country club parking lot. There attendees will:

                        - Be checked-in
                        - Receive a Temperature Check with No-Touch Thermometers*
                        - Receive a colored wristband
                        - Receive a Bottled Water

*If an attendee's temperature registers 100.4 degrees Farenheit or higher after 3+ attempts (with a cooling period between each attempt) that attendee will not be allowed to participate in the event and will be asked to leave for the safety of our guests.

SCHEDULE
10:00 AM - Golfer Registration
11:02 AM - Shotgun Start
12:00 PM - Sponsor Area Set-up
12:45 PM - Croquet Registration
1:50 PM - Individual Wine Tasting Registration
2:00 PM - Croquet Tourney Begins (Tournament Spots FULL)
3:00 PM - Boxed Hors 'd Oeuvres
4:30 PM - Awards Ceremony
4:45 PM - Golf Ball Drop
5:00 PM - Event Concludes


LUNCH
Golfers, boxed lunches will be placed on your carts at 1030 AM.
Sponsors, boxed lunches will be available at 1200 PM at the Registration Tent.
Croquet Players, boxed lunches will be available at 1250 PM at the Registration Tent.

Individual Wine Tasting entries ($20), lunch is not included - no entry prior to 1:50 PM.
