DESCRIPTION:This year is the 40th anniversary of the FM 1960 St. Patrick's Parade. This year the parade will honor the Heroes of Harvey\, including our area firefighters and police officers who rescued thousands of people from the flood waters. The parade also honors Cypress Creek EMS whose Communications Center fielded more than 12\,000 calls and dispatched area fire departments to high water rescues and the CCEMS medics who navigated around flood waters to reach 834 patients between August 25 and August 31.
